Terms and Conditions of Warranty
- Setelco Communications Pte Ltd (Setelco) is the official distributor for Dr. Rock in Singapore, SEA, and Australia.
- A limited 1-year warranty applies to all Dr. Rock products purchased from an official Dr. Rock website, marketplace, or any authorized reseller in Singapore.
- Setelco Communications Pte Ltd reserves the right to void the warranty if proof of purchase is unclear or the product registration information is incorrect.
- The product is fully warranted against any defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase stated on the receipt, unless otherwise specified.
- This warranty is not transferable and is applicable only to purchases made in Singapore.
- The original warranty certificate and receipt must be produced together with the faulty product when claiming product warranty.
- The limited warranty is invalid or void if:
- Defects and damages are due to misuse, negligence, or usage other than the normal and customary manner.
- The product is modified, disassembled, tampered with, or repaired by anyone other than the sole distributor.
- All warranty terms, conditions, and information stated herein are subject to change without prior notice.
- This warranty applies only to products purchased from authorized dealers in Singapore.
- To report or file a warranty claim, please email your request to support@drrock.com.sg. Our customer service officer will arrange your appointment for product exchange or other services.
- All transactions will be conducted during Dr. Rock office hours unless stated otherwise.
